FAN CLUB: JOIN!

Before you fill in the questionnaire and become a member of the fan-club please read these rules attentively. If you don’t follow them, your questionnaire won’t be added. We hope it won’t take long time and the rules won’t seem too difficult to you.

The Rules:

1. You have to be a Shania Twain’s fan.

2. You have to answer all questions. Answers like "everything", "all", "nothing" and other incomplete answers mean the same as if you don’t answer the question.

3. No rudeness in your answers permitted.

4. You may not to fill in your e-mail, but in this case you’re not going to receive letters from our site. Your e-mail is not going to be shown in your questionnaire on the site.

5. If something changes in your data or preferences, you can fill in the questionnaire again, but in "Notes" you should write what nick you had used earlier.

6. You may attach a picture. This picture is going to be added beside your questionnaire as an avatar. It may be a picture of yours or Shania’s or whatever (don’t attach indecent pictures and CD covers). Its size has to be not less than 150x150 pixels. If you don’t attach a picture, we will put any picture of Shania.
